Biography

PhD Project Description: The project aims to developing a software defined cognitive networking to ensure the user experience, user-level fairness and network efficiency of online adaptive media using SDN-assisted and QoE-aware resource management and achieving network fairness in a household environment. Multiple plug-and-play testbeds will be created and used with P4 focused networking backend.
