Biography

Dr Divya Shukla is a lecturer in leadership and organizational behaviour in Faculty of Business and Law, University of Northampton. She possesses fifteen years’ experience of teaching, research and academic administration in Indian, Thai and Estonian Higher Education. She was also involved in the management and educational consultancy in India. She has masters and doctorate in business administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from a Public university in India. She has obtained structural training on Higher Education Teaching and Research from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, India, Case writing from Munich Business School Germany and Case-Center UK and Didactics of Higher Education from Tallinn University of Technology Estonia. Her research interest includes leadership, behaviour at work, thinking and cognition, teaching and learning in higher education and organizational research methods.
