Biography

Ecem Karlıdağ-Dennis is a Senior Research at the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact. Ecem holds a PhD from the University of Nottingham, School of Education. She specialises in the sociology of education, and her main research areas are educational policymaking, social justice and gender. 

Ecem is currently leading three University of Northampton-based evaluation projects: Access and Participation Plans (APP), UniConnect and Employability Plus.

She is currently an Associate Editor for the international 'Journal of Child and Family Studies and an Editorial Board Member for 'Research in Educational Administration and Leadership".
