Biography

I am a Ecologist and my interests include:

Landscape Assessment using ARCGIS, Blue/Green Infrastructure, Wetlands, SUDS, Urban Ecology, Restoration Ecology, planning, EIA and monitoring new development sites, public engagement in Sustainable Development.

I am currently the Principle lead on Project Awesome: Assessing Waterside Ecosystem Services; Observing and Monitoring the Environment.  Project includes achieving University Hedgehog Campus Awards Bronze (2020) and Silver (2021).  

For 1st - 5th November 2021, I am also the Principle lead on the UON COP26 event.

Supervision

Currently supervising Lynne Barrnett PhD research: Effects on climatic factors on the breeding productivity of Blue Tits (Cyanistes caeruleus) and Great Tits (Parus major) (Part-time starting in 2018).
