Tatiana obtained her PhD in Behavioural Operational Research from Loughborough University in 2018 and an MBA (Cum Laude) at CENTRUM PUCP, graduating as valedictorian in 2011. She also holds a BA (1st) in International Business and Economics from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
Currently, a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and International Business.
Keen scientific interest in impactful research in the field of Business and Management/ Management Science/ Behavioural Operational Research. Knowledge of and experience in studying human-computer interaction/ computer-supported cooperative work, and in the application of ethnomethodology, ethnography, membership categorization analysis, and conversation analysis to the study of the practice of facilitated computer-supported workplace meetings and group decision and negotiation. Particularly interested in researching how machine learning and artificial intelligence tools can support various business functions to help make business management more effective. As future endeavour, I am passionate about the possibility of designing data science and artificial intelligence-oriented techniques grounded in and informed by patterns of interaction and communication. Area of research interests further includes multi-attribute decision-making techniques and other advanced quantitative analytics at different levels.
